Terms of Trade.

By shopping with DragonX Productions, you are agreeing to accept the following conditions, under which we provide all our content and services. Please take a moment to read and understand them before you use our site.


Prices & Payment.

All prices on the DragonX Productions website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are subject to change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.

Orders are shipped after the payment is received in full. ‘Made to order’ orders are shipped after the payment is received in full and the paint has had time to dry and cure.


Shipping.

The DragonX Productions workshop is based in the Tamar Valley, Tasmania, Australia. We take care in shipping products to you as safely and quickly as possible.

Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 2~5 business days, the same day if possible. Made to order items will be shipped after 6-8 weeks. All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from the shipment date to arrive. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics or natural disasters, deliveries may take longer.

Delivery

Please ensure that the delivery details entered during the checkout process are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

Delivery date estimates are given upon checkout and are good faith estimates only. DragonX Productions reserves the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion. We reserve the right not to sell to any prospective customer at our sole discretion.


Descriptions And Colours.

All items for sale at dragonx.com.au are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are current and error-free. The colours and textures shown are representational only. Actual colours and textures on finished pieces may vary from those displayed. Wood/timber is individual in colour, tone and texture. Variations can occur between the sample displayed online and what is purchased online.

All of the products, logos, text and photographs on our website are protected by copyright, owned by DragonX Productions and the photographer or by the mentioned copyright holder and may not be used without permission. The content must not be reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded to a third party, transmitted, posted or distributed in any way without the express authorisation of DragonX Productions or the copyright holder. Returns Policy

(excludes custom orders & engraved pieces). If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return them to us for a refund or exchange ~ your choice! All we ask is that you inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the items within 10 working days from the date you originally received the order.

Simply return the item(s) in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) and we will organise a refund or exchange. Refunds will not include the original postage & handling costs. Please keep in mind that until the goods are received by us in undamaged condition, the responsibility of the goods remains with you. We, therefore, recommend sending all goods via registered & insured post, to ensure the goods can be traced and are insured whilst in transit.

Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
